Session Times & Match Day Checklist
Session Day & Time: Every Sunday at 10:00 AM (Soccer) & 11:00 AM (Basketball)
Recommended Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first session to check in and collect gear. For all following weeks, arriving 5 minutes early is plenty!
What to Pack: A full water bottle, comfortable athletic wear, and plenty of energy!
Footwear Guidelines: Comfortable runners or turf sneakers. No metal studs or sharp cleats are permitted on the synthetic grass to ensure safety during play.
Weekly Session Schedule: What to Expect
To keep our junior soccer program structured, engaging, and stress-free for families, every 60-minute session follows our proven Mission Map:
9:55 AM – Early Check-In: Beat the rush! Head to our Registration Desk to collect your player's name tag and welcome pack.
~5 Minutes – Warm up & Welcome: Grab a ball and engage in a quick warm-up shooting/passing/goalkeeping activity with your coaches.
10:00 AM – Age-Group Launch: Kids are guided to their age-specific groups (Tiny Comets, Shooting Stars, or Bright Blasters etc.).
~40 Minutes – Kickoff & Skill Drills: Fun, game-based soccer drills focusing on dribbling, passing, and motor skills (with mini drink breaks).
~20 Minutes – Small-Sided Games: Non-competitive match play where parents are encouraged to cheer loudly to build Social Bravery!
11:00 AM – Debrief & Awards: Group wrap-up, weekly star shoutouts, positive reinforcement, and fun home skill challenges.
High-Fives & Finish: Wrap up the evening with big smiles and team high-fives!
Basketball program runs from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and mirrors the soccer program (high energy structure optimised for indoors).
Weather Policy & Cancellation Guarantee
Rain or Shine: Outdoor kids sports build resilience! We run our Melton soccer sessions in standard light rain and cool weather. Basketball sessions are hosted at indoor gym.
Extreme Weather Safety: If extreme heat, severe storms, or heavy rain make conditions unsafe, sessions will be cancelled and rescheduled. Parents will be notified via email, and a guaranteed make-up session will be scheduled at the end of the term.
